Terry Richardson is Vice President of North America Operations for CommScope, a world leader in telecom networking technologies.  He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Production Engineering from Kansas State University, as well as a Master of Science degree in Manufacturing Engineering from the University of Massachusetts.  Terry has over 30 years of engineering and operations management experience and has managed global teams in multiple countries including the US, Mexico, UK, China and India. He is a certified Guardian Ad Litem for the Harris County Court System and has also actively served his community as a member of the WiseGuys Men’s Ministry at his local church.  Terry has always served as a mentor to our youth, having functioned as a football & basketball coach for the CyFair Sports Association, the Lewisville Football Association, and the Cypress Creek YMCA.  He enjoys golf, fishing, college athletics, and international travel. As a board member, he proudly serves on the TVF Scholarship Committee and actively participates in many of the fundraising events held throughout the year.
