The purpose of this application is to award $500 scholarships to deserving high school seniors who demonstrate academic excellence. Candidates should be active in supporting the community in which they live and show an eagerness to pursue educational goals. Candidates who are pursuing post-high school course study at either a college or university or other post-secondary educational institutions will be considered. Please refer to the criteria below for eligibility requirements and for the list of supporting documents that are needed. Incomplete applications will not be considered. There is no application fee and applications will not be returned. All materials are the property of TVF.

Previous scholarship recipients are not eligible to reapply.
Recipient shall not be charged with or convicted of an offence involving moral turpitude under federal, state, local or campus laws/regulations or ordinances.
Scholarship funds will only be awarded to the student's college or university account upon evidence of registration in an accredited post-secondary institution.
Award will be withdrawn if applicant decides to defer enrollment or does not attend designated school.
Scholarships must be claimed no later than August 30th, 2025 and may only be used towards fall semester tuition of the student's freshmen year.
Applicant must be a US resident and must attend a college, university or trade school in one of the 50 states.
Applicant must be a graduating high school senior from an accredited high school or home school program.
Applicant must demonstrate positive-impact involvement consistent with capacity and circumstances and/or significant improvement/success in scholarship and community involvement, determined through letters of recommendation.
Applicant must upload a letter or application addressed to The VanRoss Foundation scholarship committee. This letter should contain a brief explanation of career goals and biographical information.
Applicant must upload three (3) letters of recommendation.
Applicant must upload an official and recent high school transcript with cumulative GPA and a class standing/rank.
Applicant must upload proof of submitted Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) and Estimated Family Contribution (EFC).
