Maria Dolores Frew is a Certified Health Coach and Habit Change Expert who owns and founded Dolly’s Health Coaching since November 2018. Maria Dolores Frew is also a Registered Nurse for 25 years and a Certified Nephrology Nurse for 20 years. She graduated from Angeles University Foundation, a prestigious medical/nursing school affiliated with the then largest US Air Force Base outside of the  United States of America (USA) in Angeles City, Philippines in 1993. She practiced nursing for 3 years in the Philippines and further took multiple rigorous examinations to be able to do nursing in the USA and moved to Texas to continue her nursing discipline. Maria Dolores specialized in nephrology in 1999 and continues to take care of patients with kidney failure due to diabetes, hypertension, cancer and other causes. Maria Dolores Frew has been a go to person for patient and team education and process person within the nephrology nursing team. In 2008, she helped established two hemodialysis clinics as a facility administrator. Then in 2011, she started doing direct patient care with kidney failure patients, which requires one-on-one patient interaction of 3-6 hours in the hospital setting. She also worked as an assistant manager for the team. In her spare time, Dolores plays tennis in leagues, does SoulCore Movement, runs, walks, gardens, volunteers in her local church and community and spends time with her husband, her son, a cat and 2 dogs in Round Rock, Texas.
