To help high school seniors prepare for their post-secondary educational goals by providing financial support through partial, merit-based scholarships.
Everyday, people are faced with opportunities to give to their favorite charities by volunteering or through monetary donations. We would not be able to accomplish our desired goals without supporters like you. Whether it's verbal, written or through actions, we would like to extend our heartfelt appreciation for each and every contribution. Because of your generous gifts, our high school seniors will be able to reach upward and move a little closer to their dreams. Blessings to each of you!
This foundation is a nonprofit public 501(c)3 national corporation and is organized under the Nonprofit Public Benefit Corporation Law for charitable purposes. The corporation is formed exclusively for charitable operations within the meaning of Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986. The specific purpose of this corporation is to provide high school seniors with the opportunity to help pay for their college tuition.
All students have a right to obtain a quality education. The VanRoss Foundation strives to help them achieve this opportunity through fundraising and corporate giving. Our vision is to create a comprehensive environment for high school students by holding educational webinars, workshops and increasing the number of partial merit -based scholarships.

“ The greatest opportunity I’ve had the honor of experiencing in my life has been the times that I have gotten to lead others and inspire success. To me, being a leader doesn’t simply mean being the best, but rather having the determination and willpower to sacrifice your time and effort for others success. Winning the Van Ross foundation scholarship award means taking a chance on me and trusting me to carry the principles of integrity and leadership forward. With this scholarship, I can worry less about my finances during college, and focus more on how I can create a better college environment for myself and my peers.”
“As I aim to further my education beyond high school, I plan to major in biology at the University of North Texas. After I graduate from undergraduate school, I will attend a four-year medical school to become a surgeon. The scholarship award will push me as far as I can go to pursue my dreams of becoming a surgeon.”

High school students have so many pressures that they face these days, I would also like to be a mentor to them.”

Seniors are trying to decide if college life is within their reach. We understand that the rising cost of higher education can be a challenge for many families and our goal is to make college more accessible.
Attending a college, university or trade school of your choice can be a difficult time. There are so many things to do, yet so little time to cover it all. We're listening, and we're ready to help walk you through the process.
College Readiness Roundup™ (CRR) is the perfect way to help you sort out answers to all your questions. We are excited about implementing future webinar events to help you get the information you need as you move toward the road to success.
Your support and contributions will enable us to meet our goals and improve conditions. Your generous donations will be instrumental in helping to support and fund our mission.
When you give your monthly donation of $50.00, you will be providing a yearly scholarship for a deserving student. You will also receive TVF perks as a way for us to say "thank you" for your generosity.
