Karen E. Dixon is a Wife, Mother, Grandmother, Sister, Leader

and Friend. She graduated from Kansas State University with a

Bachelor of Science Dual Degree in Home Economics and Mass

Communications, with an emphasis in Fashion Marketing and

Advertising. She has worked for 20 plus years as a Senior

Administrative Assistant in various industries but never let go of

her dream and passion of creating Designs in Event Planning,

Home Decorating and Commercial Interior Design. In 2017, she

received a certification in Home Interior Decorating from

Tarrant County College in Fort Worth. She currently

coordinates public events and various interior design projects.

She and her husband Les have attended the DFW Church of

Christ in Arlington, TX for the last 28 years and are Small Group

Leaders. They have 3 daughters, 1 granddaughter and 1

grandson. She is looking forward to serving on the board of the

Van Ross Foundation to help deserving high school seniors

continue their education.
